We noticed that when multiple user’s entitlements are revoked through a certification campaign and a reviewer adds a comment, neither the Remediation e-mail or the tasks (in the UI under Task Manager) show comments were made. Comments are only displayed when a single revoke and comment is made. Is this expected behavior? Thanks!

Hi @rsh3ll ,

Every revoke in a certification campaign will create one provisioning plan, that corresponds to one Account Activity record (in this case a revoke activity) which has a comments field here:

```markup
@approvals(comments.comment:"example comment")
```

The way this is referenced in the email template is with the single variable $reviewerComment. There doesn’t seem to be anyway to index $reviewerComment across more than one Account Activity record. Therefore, I think this is behaving as intended.
You can do some additional testing by using a query like this:

```markup
@approvals(comments.comment:"*") && action:Certification
```

This should help you find all Account Activity records with comments.
