# Comments Not Populating on Access Request via Batch Request

Hello All,

When a batch request is executed to add or remove roles, the comments are not being populated in the access request details in the UAM UI. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference.

[@Mahesh\_Aute](https://community.sailpoint.com/user/149293)&nbsp;there is no ootb way to set it. you need to modify the batch request workflow to set the comments programmatically.

Thank you for the information, Neel. Do we need to update the batch request workflow, or are there any other workflows—such as the batch request wrapper—that also require updates?

[@Mahesh\_Aute](https://community.sailpoint.com/user/149293)&nbsp;Check your LCM Settings to see which workflow is mapped and you need to add a step to set the columns there.
