I have been working on form expiry. So once the form has expired, a cancellation email is triggered. I am unable to find this template in the OOTB Emails list, nor there is any option in the Workflow FORM action. How do I update/modify the content of this email? ---

Hi [@sandashafreen26](https://community.sailpoint.com/user/123365) , I have a clarifying question: are you using a workflow with a conditional branch that checks the “Submitted” attribute? If so, you’ll want to check your false path for a Send Email action step. You should be able to edit the contents of the email directly from that step. ---

Hello [@TomNimmo](https://community.sailpoint.com/user/67261) , yes I am using the form in a workflow. My form expires in 48 hrs and post expiry we are seeing that an OOTB email is getting triggered from SailPoint. We want to stop that email so that we can send a custom email from the workflow. But This OOTB email is not available in the SailPoint Email templates. So how to stop it or customize its content. Yes I can use the false path for a Send Email action but that will cause two emails to be triggered to the end user. ---

Does the email look like this one? Hi  , I was able to get an official answer to your original post. > The expiration email is currently not configurable and there’s also no way of preventing the email from being sent. This is a good enhancement request for the [Ideas Portal](http://ideas.sailpoint.com) and it has my upvote! ---

Nope, not this email. I am refering to “Form submission cancelled” email
