Hello, I’m currently using File Access Manager (FAM) version 8.2 and I have a requirement to generate a **report that lists all the data owners in our system**. However, I’m unable to find any out-of-the-box option or customizable reports that fulfill this requirement. Can anyone suggest a solution or guide me on how to generate such a report? Thank you in advance !!

You will have to create a data source based on SQL Server to achieve this.

Below are the tables that contain the information.

You will have to join the whiteops.business\_service\_owner table with whiteops.ra\_user to get the user details and also join this with whiteops.business\_service to get the name of the folder.

**Whiteops.business\_service\_owner** -- Table holds the business service id (Resource id) and the ra\_user\_id mapping

**Whiteops.business\_service\_path\_owner** -- Only used for DFS -- Table holding the DFS resource and owner details.

Once you have the query ready, follow the steps to create a data source and you can schedule the report to run periodically.

Cheers,

Ranjith

The “Resources by User Scope” report may have what you are looking for.
