# How to send attachments like pdf while sending email in workflows

Hi All,

How to send an attachment when we are sending email to users in “Send email” action in IDN Workflows.

Attachments in workflow emails are currently not supported

how can I send attachments in email using IdentityNow Platform? What are the different ways?

The only scenario where you can send an attachment via email is when you configure a scheduled report. The search results from your report are attached as either a CSV or PDF file, and sent via email to the designated recipients (report subscribers). No other use cases support email attachments at this time
