Hi Team,

We have 2 Java in our environment- Oracle Java (Old Java) and OpenJDK (New).

In all the places we have relaces OpenJDK reference but in Server host machine in Environment variable Oracle Java is used in Path. In this case IIQ Console is working fine.

When we are setting OpenJDK in path as its referenced everywhere then in that case when login to IIQ Console getting below error-

_2024-03-26T08:58:12,647 WARN main springframework.context.support.ClassPathXmlApplicationContext:559 - Exception encountered during context initialization - cancelling refresh attempt: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name ‘dataSource’ defined in class path resource [configBeans.xml]: Instantiation of bean failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver_
_org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name ‘dataSource’ defined in class path resource [configBeans.xml]: Instantiation of bean failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver_

Please suggest.

DB driver issue (suspecting it to be a DLL issue). Did you add the DB driver in your OpenJDK bin folder? What DB you are using? If its MSSQL then you have to get the driver as per the DB version that you are using.

If you say that the correct DLL is added then next place I could see is the correct jar file for DB in the lib folder of IdentityIQ. Because on my end I have to get the correct version of the jar file for the DB.

And if this lib from IIQ folder looks correct then you have to re-do the upgrade steps from 8.3 to 8.4 again and validate each step to make sure if you are able to connect the DB via IIQ Console.

We have not done any upgrade. We are using SailPoint IIQ8.2P1 and just changing the Java from Oracle to OpenJDK11. But getting above error.

ojdbc.jar and&nbsp;jconn4.jar are present in ..WEB-INF\lib directory so its creating a conflict.&nbsp;jconn4.jar is required for sybase DB related application. so you can create sybase folder in&nbsp;\WEB-INF\lib-connectors\ and move the&nbsp;jconn4.jar.

After that iiq console issue will be resolved. If you are using Sybase application then in application xml you can provide the new path of&nbsp;jconn4.jar file like below-

\<entry key=“connector-classpath”\>
\<value\>
\<List\>
\<String\>/lib-connectors/sybase/\</String\>
\</List\>
\</value\>\</entry\>

Please try above option and let me know if you have any query.
