Hi All, When we login to lower env using one EID to raise an access request, there is an error always at the start for any access request as  **org.hibernate.LazyInitializationException: failed to lazily initialize a collection of role: sailpoint.object.Rule.referencedRules, could not initialize proxy - no Session** but if we login using another EID, there is no error. Has anyone faced such issue? Can you enable the workflow trace and share the logs, could be an issue with one of the rule? Also, is the other user similar in terms of role, entitlements with the first one? ---

Hello Sunny, there was no issue with rule ( any decache() was not found ), I had to include sailpoint support and the issue got resolved after updating log4j2.properties file as they suggested this file can also cause issues: sailpoint.api.workflower was “all”, got resolved by updating it “off”. Hi  @pritishmhrn I was getting the same error during Access Request intermittently (IIQ 8.3p3) and noticed that the following logs were enabled in log4j2 and as per your resolution, I removed them from log4j2 and the error resolved immediately after reloading the log4j2. I am curious as to how you changed “all” to “off”? May be a different way of enabling the logs for workflower in log4j2. Could you please let me know the format? I am using this format - logger.workflower.name=sailpoint.api.Workflower logger.workflower.level=trace ---

Comment the logger out and it will not be used. Then reload of course.
