# Perform Identity Request Maintenance hangs

Hi All

My PIRM task is getting stuck for the past two days.&nbsp; Not sure where to look. It gets up to request 30 and does not move. I have rebooted the server and restarted the task multiple times and still gets stuck on request 30 out of 64, 65 or 75. I can’t get the stack either.

Scanning Identity request [30] of [75]

Any idea how to get to the bottom of this?

enable logs for the PRIM task, the class you would need in logs would be in the task definition executor

Thanks. I have enabled trace using below settings. I think I am getting some clues now. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Based on the logs, I ended up setting several IdentityRequests as verified, to get the task to complete. Now I have to figure out why those requests were not getting verified. I know one of the integrated applications is having an issues.
