To fix this problem, you might need to re-enter your account credentials for the app.
Complete the following steps:
1. In the Launchpad, click the drop-down for the app and select Update Password.
2. Type the correct user name and password.
3. Type the correct password again in the Confirm Password field.
4. Click Change.
5. Refresh your browser and launch the app again.
If this does not solve the problem, you might need to reset the password on the app's website and then reenter the correct information in IdentityNow as described above.
