How can I see the password that IdentityNow has stored for one of my private apps?

Version 12

IdentityNow stores your passwords securely inside a password vault. If you can't remember which password IdentityNow is storing for a private app, you can view this password in a plain-text format.

    Complete the following steps:

    1. From your Launchpad, click the Down icon next to the app for which you want to see the stored password.

    2. Click Update Password.

    3. Click the Show button.

    4.  Use strong authentication to log in. You will be asked to do so even if you have already used strong authentication for your current IdentityNow session.

Your password will display for twenty seconds. You can see it as many times as you need, but you must use strong authentication each time.

NOTE: You cannot view the stored password for apps controlled by your administrator or apps that share your IdentityNow password.
