Why am I being asked for additional information when I sign in to IdentityNow?

    Your administrator might have changed the configuration of IdentityNow to:

     

    • Require additional strong authentication methods
    • More security questions
    • Changes to a usage agreement

     

    Because each of these is an integral part of IdentityNow's security settings, providing the new information is required before you can continue to use the site. Please provide the required information and then click Save.

     

    If IdentityNow can't connect to update your information, you'll see an error message after five minutes. You'll be directed to sign out and try again later. SailPoint recommends that you wait at least a few hours to ensure that your changes get processed correctly.
