How do I use Duo for password resets?

    If you need to reset your IdentityNow password for any reason, and your business has enabled the Duo integration, you can use Duo to reset your password.




    • Set up Duo as described here.


    Complete the following steps:


    1. From the sign in page, click Forgot Password.


    2. When prompted, select one of the following Duo methods for password reset:
    • Duo Passcode

    • Duo Push

    • Duo Phone Callback

    3. If you selected Duo Passcode, enter your passcode.


    4. Enter your new password.

    5. If you selected Duo Push or Duo Phone Callback, use your device to accept the password reset.

    If you are resetting your password on a new device, you'll be prompted to provide your old password before the password change takes effect. Without your old password, the account information for apps on your Launchpad is cleared out.
