If your administrator has created a password sync group for your passwords, when you change one of those passwords, the others in the group will usually get updated automatically.
If the password you're trying to change is in a sync group with your IdentityNow account password, IdentityNow tries to change that password first.
If for any reason that password change fails, IdentityNow doesn't try to change the other passwords in the group. In this case, you can see a Failed badge on the source that failed and a Not Attempted badge for its associated apps and other apps in the sync group.
The email you receive also notifies you of which password changes failed, succeeded, or were not attempted.
