Why am I being asked to provide additional verification before I sign in to IdentityNow?

    Your administrator may have configured IdentityNow to require strong authentication before you can successfully sign in to the system.


    Asking you to verify your identity by completing additional steps - such as providing a secret code sent to your phone - provides an extra level of protection to ensure that your passwords and the data you have access to is safe from unauthorized users.


    You might be asked use strong authentication every time you sign in or if you are in a location that your administrator considers untrusted or if you are not on your corporate network.


    The options you see on this page depend on how an administrator configured your system.


    After you successfully complete the process, you'll be able to access your Launchpad, apps, and related functionality.
