Why do I have to change my password before I can sign in to IdentityNow?

    In some cases, your administrator might have configured IdentityNow to require you to change your password when your network password has expired. This might be the case if your network password and your IdentityNow password are the same.


    When this happens, you will see a message similar to the image on the right.


    After submitting your new password, click Sign In to sign in using your new password.
