How track my app requests in IdentityNow?

Version 7

If your site has Access Requests enabled, you might need to look at the requests you've already made for access, so you can see the progress of your requests.

You can do this in several ways.

    Prerequisites:

View general information about recent access requests

    1. Go to the IdentityNow Home page, or click Dashboard in the drop-down menu under your name.dashboard drop down.png

    2. Find the My Requests panel.

Information about your undecided access requests is displayed here.

See a record of each access request I've made

    1. Sign in to IdentityNow and go to the Request Center.

    2. At the top of the Request Center, click My Requests.

Your pending requests are shown at the top of the page in chronological order. Any completed requests are shown below the pending requests. If you want to review your comments from when you requested access to a particular app, you can see these comments on any Completed requests.

In some cases, if a request was rejected, you might be able to see the reviewer's reason for denying your request.
