Follow up message on New UI Request Center for IDN!

After receiving feedback, Product Management decided today to move the push to Prod to next week!

Please see below the dates when a push will occur:

Release dates:

-Available in Sandbox environment to all customers: Oct. 23 ‘23

-Pushed to 1/2 of Opted in customers: Oct. 24 ‘23

-Pushed to the rest of Opted in customers: Oct. 27

-Start date for segment release in 3 phases for legacy request center: Jan. 8

Please keep an eye on the SaaS updates page in case new announcements will be made.
