    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have integrated ServiceNow ServiceDesk to create RITMs for disconnected applications in IIQ 8.4p2. However, we’ve noticed that the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;PlanInitializerScript&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;is being triggered twice specifically for the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Remove&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;operation. As a result, two RITMs are being created for the same request, even though the Access Request only displays details for a single RITM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, were you able to identify the root cause or find a way to control or prevent the duplicate execution of the script?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please feel free to share your experiences, suggestions, or any potential solutions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jayaram&lt;/P&gt;</description>
