Best practices guide for Training Administrators

This guide outlines recommended best practices for Training Administrators to ensure team members are engaged, informed, and taking full advantage of available training resources throughout the year. 

Monthly 

  • Review available training resources 

Log in to Identity University to browse new or updated training content. Review if there's available training subscriptions or training units to assign/share. 

  • Designate team members to use available training resources  

Assign open subscription seats to team members and/or share training units code to team members to use. 

 

 Every three months 

  • Monitor training utilization 

Review training registrations and progress data to track who has registered for courses.  

  •  Encourage participation 

Send friendly reminders highlighting available courses and the benefits of continued learning. 

 

Every six months 

  • Evaluate progress and reassign as needed 

Take a deeper look at training completion rates and content relevance.   

  • Adjust training or subscription assignments 

Reassign or update training assignments to reflect team changes or shifting priorities. 

 

 Yearly 

  • Renewal and user management 

Ensure your subscription is renewed before it lapses. 

For multi-year contracts, verify that user assignments are current and accurate. 

Evaluate overall training program effectiveness and adjust strategy as needed.
