I received an email saying my password has been reset. What should I do?

If you need your administrator to help you reset a password for SailPoint or for another system, they can do so within IdentityNow. When this happens, you receive an email stating that your password has been reset.

When you click the link you are taken to a page where you can set a new password for that system. You will be asked to verify your identity on this page.

If clicking the link doesn't work, you can copy and paste the URL included in the email into your browser.
