Managing your passwords in IdentityNow depends on how your system and the related apps are configured.
See the following sections for more information about managing these passwords:
NOTE: Your company's IdentityNow site might not be configured to support some or all of these features. If you do not see the Update Password or Password Manager options in your main menu, you might need to speak to your IT department for help with password updates.
You can view all your accounts by going to the Passwords tab, or clicking Password Manager from the drop-down menu under your user name. This page contains all your apps and displays relationships between them, as follows:
Click Update to change the password for all apps in the group.
NOTE: If you experience errors for some apps, see What should I do if IdentityNow is having problems changing my password on an app?.
Click Update for each app to change the password. You might also have to change the app on the related website.
Your ability to make changes might also depend on how the app is being managed by your IT department. Contact your IT department if you have any questions |

While the process of updating all of these passwords in IdentityNow is almost identical, there are some important differences:
NOTE: When you change any password, you receive an email notifying you that your password has changed.
NOTE: For certain types of apps, you might be able to show your currently stored password before making any changes |

NOTE: If your company uses password interception, you might also be able to change the password for apps like these from outside IdentityNow. Speak to your system administrator for more information.
NOTE: The user name displayed here may not match the username IdentityNow populates into the app each time you sign in. |

CAUTION: Editing a password here only updates the password for the currently selected account on that app. If it is your primary account, also known as your authentication account, it might also update your IdentityNow password and your network password. If it is a secondary account, it updates the password on the authentication source assigned to the app. |
