If you decide that an access request assigned to you is better reviewed by someone else, you can reassign it to that user from your Approvals page.
1. Sign in to IdentityNow and go to Approvals.
2. Under the access request you need to reassign, click the Reassign icon.
3. Under Reassign To, enter the name of the new reviewer.
4. Under Add Comments, enter the reason you're reassigning this access request to the new reviewer or any other comments related to the request.
5. Click Reassign.
The access request leaves your queue and is sent to the new reviewer. The new reviewer receives an email notifying them that the access request has been reassigned to them.
In the example above, if Pamela Omello was out of the office for 2 weeks and didn't have access to SailPoint. How could the user/requestor ask for the request to be forwarded to someone else?
