Big changes are coming to Identity University

On June 29, 2025, we are launching a new and improved Identity University, SailPoint’s industry-leading online learning platform. Check out the blog post for detailed information.  

Key dates:

  • Important announcement: Learners will need to complete ALL currently enrolled training before June 26, 2025 as incomplete work progress will NOT be saved or migrated to the new platform. 
  • Blackout period (zero access to Identity University) is scheduled from June 27, 2025 at 5:00 PM CDT through June 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM CDT. 
  • Launch date: The new and improved Identity University will launch on June 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM CDT. 

 

What’s new in the community?

  • SaaS Release Notes - Weekly updates for new features, enhancements, and fixes that have been released to production. You can also subscribe to ensure you never miss a release.
  • SailPoint certifications & credentials – We’ve made it even easier to grow your identity security expertise with shareable credentials and trusted certifications. Now, as part of our ongoing effort to deliver knowledge when you need it most, all logged-in users can access Identity University documentation. Not seeing what you need? compass-help@sailpoint.com is here to assist!

Why speak at Navigate?

Last year we welcomed thousands of attendees worldwide and heard from identity security leaders from companies like NVIDIA, Heineken, and Wipro. Navigate sessions spotlight real-world examples, providing valuable lessons and inspiration for the identity security community. Would you be interested in speaking at Navigate 2025? If so, you can submit a detailed nomination at the link below. Customer speakers will receive a complimentary conference pass.

We’re looking for sessions on topics such as:
