Overview

Once your forum question has been answered or your issue resolved, be sure to mark the relevant reply (including your own, if applicable) as the solution. This helps improve community search results and assists other users with similar questions.

Accept a reply as a solution

1. Navigate to your post in the forums.

2. Scroll to the reply that helped resolve your issue.

3. Click the menu icon for that specific reply and select Accept as Solution.

Note: The accepted reply will be highlighted in green and displayed in two places: in its original position within the thread and pinned at the top for visibility.

Kudos

You can also give kudos to multiple replies to show your appreciation for helpful users. This allows you to acknowledge contributions from several people who assisted you, encouraging positive engagement within the community.

Give kudos to helpful users

1. Go to the reply you want to give a kudo to and click the thumbs-up icon.

Marking solutions is critical to forum engagement and will greatly benefit other community members who have the same questions.
