How to: Register and log in

If you encounter any problems or have questions about the Compass login process, please contact login-help@sailpoint.com.

 

 

Register as a new Compass user

1. Visit community.sailpoint.com and click Sign In to open SailPoint's Single Access login page.

2. Click No account? Register now!

3. Review the SailPoint Terms of Service, then select I Accept and Continue to complete your account creation.

4. Complete the required fields and click Submit.

    • First name
    • Last name
    • Username
      • Must be between 2-21 characters
      • Must begin and end with a letter or number
      • Supported characters: ASCII alphanumeric, underscore, and dash
      • Unicode characters are not supported
    • Email address
    • Password requirements
      • No more than 2 repeated characters
      • At least 5 unique characters
      • Minimum of 8 characters
      • Must include 1 special character, 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter
    • Verify password

5. Enter the verification code sent to your email and click Verify.

Note: If you don’t see the verification email within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder. If it's not there, contact your IT team and add the sailpoint.com domain to your whitelist.

6. Your email has been verified, and you are now registered and signed in.

 

Log in to Compass as a returning user

1. Go to community.sailpoint.com and click Sign In to open SailPoint's Single Access login page.

2. Enter the email associated with your SailPoint Single Access Account and click Submit.

3. Enter your current password for your SailPoint Single Access Account and click Sign On.

4. You are now signed in.

 

Reset your Single Access Account's password

1. Go to community.sailpoint.com and click Sign In to open SailPoint's Single Access login page.

2. Enter the email associated with your SailPoint Single Access Account and click Submit.

3. Click Forgot Password.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password that meets the following requirements:

    • Differs from current password
    • No more than 2 repeated characters
    • At least 5 unique characters
    • Minimum of 8 characters
    • Must include 1 special character, 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter

5. Click Save when you're finished.

Note: If you don’t see the recovery code email within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder. If it's not there, contact your IT team and add the sailpoint.com domain to your whitelist.

6. You have now successfully reset your password.

 

Update your Single Access Account's personal information

To update any of the following information, contact login-help@sailpoint.com:

  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. Email address
  4. Username

What is SailPoint's Single Access Account?

SailPoint's Single Access Account is a single sign-on (SSO) solution that allows users to securely and seamlessly access all of SailPoint's portals using just one set of login credentials.

 

I have multiple accounts for SailPoint's websites, will this affect my login process?

SailPoint's Single Access Account stores information to provide a seamless experience. If you have multiple accounts, you may need to use an incognito window or a dedicated browser to access specific profiles.

 

Do I still need to sign in to the other portals listed in the SailPoint Directory?

Yes, you'll still need to sign in to access content from SailPoint's other portals, but you won't need to re-enter your login credentials.

 

I forgot my password and my email is outdated, who can I contact for assistance?

Contact us at login-help@sailpoint.com, and our support team will be happy to help you resolve any issues.

 

I didn't receive a verification or recovery code email, what should I do next?

Check your email rules, spam, junk, and quarantine folders. If you still don’t see the email, contact your company’s IT team and ask them to whitelist the sailpoint.com domain.

 

My Compass permissions seem incorrect, who should I contact to resolve this?
