How to: Submit feedback
Overview
As we navigate through the community, we begin to form thoughts and opinions around how certain features and documents should exist. Some thoughts may be positive while others may be negative, but nonetheless feedback is a valuable source of information that will be used to make important decisions.
Sharing feedback is essential to improving the overall community experience, so when drafting your ideas please be as specific and impactful as possible.
This guide will show how to submit your feedback in the community.
Search feedback
Want to help in improving Compass's search feature? Start by heading to the Search page and select the thumbs up icon located in the right-hand corner.
Fill out the form and once you are finished, click on Submit Feedback.
Knowledge base article feedback
Submitting knowledge base article feedback is easy! Begin by clicking on the knowledge base article of your choice and scroll down to the end of that document.
Click on either the thumbs up or down buttons, fill out the form, and then select Submit Feedback.
Feedback is a tool that both clarifies expectations and reveals critical learning opportunities.
