Wikis are a valuable resource for collecting and sharing information within the community. They feature solutions and best practices contributed by both users and SailPoint employees. Some wiki articles provide installation guidelines for connectors, while others explain specific product features. You'll find a wide range of helpful content covering topics related to both IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud, and more.
Start by locating the Community tab, then choose the product you want to learn more about under the Knowledge section.
You can find wiki articles on a specific topic in two ways: by searching for a term or phrase in the knowledge base, or by using the labels in the sidebar.
Start by selecting your preferred SailPoint wiki from the Community tab, then click on the label you want to explore under the Labels section.
Start by typing the topic you're interested in into the search bar, then click the magnifying glass icon to search.
Note: As you type your search phrase, some posts from the community’s knowledge base may appear.
On the Search page, click the Location filter, select Community Wiki, and then choose the wiki you want to view.
Community members can leave comments on every wiki article. Some users provide feedback to the article's author, while others offer help to fellow community members. When responding, please be considerate and respectful.
To leave a comment, scroll to the end of the article and enter your response in the large text field provided.
The forums and wikis are the most interactive areas of Compass. To differentiate between the two: post your product-related questions in the forum, and visit the community wiki to read articles on specific topics.
