Compatibility Issues: Intel Evo Laptop and SailPoint Software

Hello Everyone,

I am currently facing compatibility issues when trying to install SailPoint IdentityIQ on my Intel Evo laptop. I have verified that my laptop meets the system requirements for SailPoint IdentityIQ, but I am still receiving error messages when trying to install the software.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Ran the installer as an administrator
• Disabled any conflicting software
• Updated my laptop's drivers

However, I am still unable to install SailPoint IdentityIQ.

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues when trying to install SailPoint IdentityIQ on an Intel Evo laptop. If so, I would be grateful for any advice or suggestions you may have.

Which version of IdentityIQ are you trying to install?
