End-of-Life: Oracle Fusion HCM connector

As per the Release note published for IIQ version 8.4, and connector guide documentation for 8.3p3 and 8.2p6 since December 31, 2023 the listed IIQ version have dropped support for Oracle Fusion HCM connector. Oracle Fusion HCM's End of life is 31st December, 2024.

No further bug fixes or enhancement would be made available for this connector
