Enhancement: Admin Access Search

Description

The Admin page for viewing identities’ access now has a Search function!

Problem

Users with the Access Revoker role can revoke access from Admin > Identities > Access, but the page has not given them enough control to find what they need to manage. They see lists of access items, yet when those lists are long they lack the tools to narrow them down efficiently.

Solution

Admin and Revoker users can now search through identities’ access by either access item name or description. For entitlements, the value field is also searched. The search is a “contains” search, so any text match anywhere within these fields will be found. Each search bar is scoped to its own tab (per access type), with all access tabs now offering this search support.

After narrowing the list, they can click any row to review the details of the assignments and access the date change and revocation options, as needed.

Note: We have plans to expand this search to examine the source name for access profiles and entitlements in the near future.
