Enhancement: New Sign-Off Message for Certifications!

Description

Great news! We’ve added a new sign-off message for Certifications!

Additionally, certification reviewers are now routed back to active certifications instead of completed ones, helping prevent reviewers from missing any certifications that still require review and sign-off.

Problem

The previous sign-off message was confusing and led to fewer certifications being completed. Also, the user experience was leading reviewers to think they were finished even when they still had more certifications to review.

Solution

The new sign-off message, along with routing reviewers to view “active” certifications, will increase the rate of certifications that are completed and signed off. This will decrease the burden of administrators following up with their respective reviewers to complete their sign-off.

Who is affected?

All customers who use Certifications.
