Modernizing Application Definitions

Customers who have deployed custom applications or forms using custom XHTML within IdentityIQ will need to update these to a new XML format. This change is essential to ensure your custom IdentityIQ applications definitions & UI elements integrate seamlessly with the new Angular 18 framework.

To support this Application Definition migration, SailPoint IdentityIQ team will provide:

• A comprehensive porting guide to aid in the transformation of existing XHTML to the new XML format.

To facilitate your transition to IdentityIQ 9.0, we will provide a new pre-check utility. This pre-check tool with help to identify all the custom XHTML files implemented in IdentityIQ with respect to -

• IdentityIQ applications
• Forms
• Any business logic
• Anything that uses a script tag

We will share these resources ahead of the next release to ensure you have time to plan and prepare.
