Forms

Forms announces a new drag and drop feature to enhance usability in the Form Builder.

The new feature includes:

• Ability to drag and drop sections to reorder
• Ability to drag and drop form fields within sections
• Ability to drag and drop form fields from one section to another.

Platform

The Configuration Hub, used for backing up and restoring your tenant's configurations, is now generally available to IdentityNow customers.

Within the configuration hub, you can create complete or partial backups of the configurations within your system. Backups can be created manually, but IdentityNow also performs weekly automatic backups, so you can be assured your site's configurations

By creating a draft from your backups, you can choose which configuration objects to deploy to your tenant. Compare the objects in this draft to your live tenant, then restore those historical configurations to your environment.

These backups and deployments are audited, so you have visibility into your tenant's most important activity.

Platform

SailPoint has added a /v3/auth-users API endpoint so that you can manage user levels on an identity. Refer to https://developer.sailpoint.com/idn/api/v3/auth-user/ for call specification details.

Access Risk Management

You can now generate EAM Profile change logs reports for compliance and auditing purposes. This includes data about the creations, updates, and deletions that took place in your ERP systems, as well as the associated EAM profile, user name of the individual who modified the object, time of the change, and more.

Connectivity - Microsoft SharePoint Server

The Microsoft SharePoint Server connector no longer supports Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 as Microsoft has ended support.

AI Access Modeling

The entitlement counts for potential roles discovered by manual role discovery now include only entitlements that are greater than or equal to 70% popularity and not designated as common access.

Note that any role discovery sessions or potential roles that were saved before this enhancement will still have entitlement counts that include all entitlements.

Connectivity - SAP GRC

The SAP GRC connector has been enhanced to support user IDs with mixed-case and special characters, along with the support for custom delimiter characters, making it even more resilient and adaptable to a wide range of customer use cases.

Connectivity - BMC ITSM

The BMC Helix ITSM Service Desk Integration Module now supports the BMC Helix ITSM 22.1 version.

Connectivity - CyberArk-CorePas

A new group attribute, members, was added to the CyberArk PAM Self-Hosted connector. This attribute lists group members' display name along with their member ID.

A new group attribute, members, was added to the CyberArk Privilege Cloud connector. This attribute lists group members' display name along with their member ID.

Connectivity - Workday Accounts

Workday Accounts connector is now enhanced to support the aggregation of extended enterprise learner accounts.

Connectivity - Azure AD

The Azure Active Directory Connector now fetches all the cloud managed entities with permission types view, edit, and delete.

Connectivity - REST WebServices Connector

CONETN-4235

The REST Web Services Connector no longer attempts to call the cURL endpoint when Use cURL Command is disabled in HTTP Operations > General Information in the source configuration interface.
