AI Access Modeling

Organizations with Access Modeling will now receive Automatically Discovered Potential Roles. SailPoint automatically discovers new potential roles based on entitlement-based similarities among identities. Select the new Auto-Discovered Roles tile on the Role Insights page to explore potential roles and quickly build new roles. Refer to Exploring Automatically Discovered Potential Roles for more information.

SailPoint CIEM

You can now use SailPoint CIEM to view the cloud entitlements available to customers using Okta with AWS federated access. Refer to Configuring Okta to get started.

SaaS Connectors

SailPoint is pleased to announce the availability of net new Workday SaaS Connector.

The SailPoint Workday SaaS Connector Connector can securely connect with Workday HCM without the need of a Virtual Appliance (VA) and provides the deep level of management on your Workers and Contractors. It also provides a means for seamless automation of Joiner, Mover, and Leaver use cases.

SailPoint is pleased to announce the availability of net new Salesforce SaaS Connector.

The SailPoint Salesforce SaaS Connector can securely connect with the Salesforce system without the need of a Virtual Appliance (VA). It provides the governance capabilities for the accounts and manages Public Groups, Roles and Profiles as entitlements. For more information, refer Integrating SailPoint with Salesforce SaaS.

SailPoint CIEM

You can now download the Unused Cloud Management Activity report to view information from the past 90 days about the unused actions, entitlements, and services of identities in your AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments.

When viewing an access graph for a CIEM GCP source, the policy binding node now contains the role name rather than the role ID.

Connectivity - ServiceNow Catalog

SailPoint’s Service Catalog app enables mutual SailPoint and ServiceNow customers to request and manage access through the Service Catalog, with a familiar workflow for a more seamless experience. The enhanced integration, includes the following:

• Comments field updates Application administrators can configure the text of the default comment for access and review requests. Administrators can leave the field blank to enforce the comment configuration setting from IdentityNow. In addition to comment configuration, users now have the ability to provide a Global Comment that will copy over to all line items for access requests and revoke access requests.
• Sunset Date field updates The Sunset Date can be made mandatory for access requests by the administrator. Users can copy the Sunset Date to all line items using the Global Sunset Date functionality.
• Ability to hide and reorder search output tabs Administrators have the ability to hide and reorder the tabs in the search page. They have the flexibility to choose the order of how the Roles, Access Profiles, and Entitlements tabs will display. Additionally, they may hide one or two of these tabs.
• Approval Flexibility improvements Administrators have the ability to define default/generic approval definitions that can be applicable to all roles and access profiles. It is not necessary to define a separate rule for each of them. The approval flow, for when the requester is the same as the approver, is determined by the IdentityNow settings for the IdentityNow Manager and the IdentityNow Owner approval types.
• Usability updates. Users can navigate and perform all operations on the SailPoint's catalog page using the keyboard. Standard keystrokes such as Tab, Shift+tab, Enter, Spacebar and Esc will help to navigate across various elements on the screen. Users have the ability to sort the search results in ascending and descending order based on the name field.
