Identity Security Cloud - Activity Insights, Workflows

Activity Insights has a new Account Inactivity Detected trigger that fires when an account has been inactive for a configured number of consecutive days. There is also a new workflows Notification on Account Inactivity template that sends an email to a selected administrator when an account has been inactive for a configured number of consecutive days.

Identity Security Cloud - Shared Signals Framework, Workflows

The Identity Security Cloud Atlas Platform now supports the Shared Signals Framework. This includes support for a Shared Signals Framework Receiver, a new Device Compliance Change Workflow Trigger, and a new Threat Detection Workflow template and category.

• The Shared Signals Framework Receiver supports the CAEP Device Compliance Change event. When a security event is received, it is enriched with the identity context by automatically correlating it to an identity.
• The Device Compliance Change Trigger fires when the event is received and correlated to an identity.
• The Remove Access Based off Device Compliance Change Workflow template shows how to disable an identity’s accounts when their device is no longer compliant.
• For customers using Jamf Security Cloud, a guide is provided on Integrating SailPoint with Jamf using the Shared Signals Framework.

Connectivity - Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

The PeopleSoft HCM connector now supports PeopleTools version 8.62.

Connectivity - IBMi

The IBM i connector can now support Password (QPWDLVL) level 4.

Identity Security Cloud - Access Requests

The Details overlays on the Access Request Administration page now includes a Comments tab, which allows admins to view comments that have been added to an access request.

Identity Security Cloud - Access Requests

Comment fields throughout the access request flow are now better aligned with SailPoint’s Request Center functionality. Approval screens and Access Request Administration approval and reassignment screens allow up to 1000 characters per comment and show the remaining character count as you type.

SaaS Connectors - GitHub SaaS

The GitHub SaaS Connector no longer encounters command timeout errors during account aggregation.

Fixed an issue with nested attributes where child attributes were not returning null values when the parent attribute was null.

Fixed an issue with Configuration Hub restoring a null SoD policy creatorID for deleted SoD policies.

Identity Security Cloud - Access Requests

ISCARP-17440

Fixed an issue on the Access Request Administration page where looking up role details behind a cancelled request could cause an error if the object ID was null. Now that lookup is bypassed when the ID is null.

SaaS Connectors - Web Services SaaS

CONSEALINK-8011

The Web Services SaaS connector now properly handles single account aggregation processes whose payload includes a GraphQL variable.

Connectivity - Microsoft SharePoint Online

CONETN-5172

The SailPoint SharePoint Online Connector now handles 429 Rate Limit errors by retrying update operations.

Connectivity - Cloud Connector Gateway (CCG)

CONETN-5197

The Cloud Connector Gateway (CCG) can now properly handle a larger number of retry requests to fetch sources and applications from ISC. The wait time between each retry request has been lengthened to avoid timeout errors.

Connectivity - Oracle HCM Cloud

The Oracle HCM Cloud connector no longer gives the class cast exception error during account provisioning.
