SaaS Release Notes - July 17, 2026

Release notes cover new features, enhancements, and fixes that have been released to production.

Identity Security Cloud is SailPoint's next-generation identity security solution. It encompasses and builds on features and functions from IdentityNow. The release notes cover both Identity Security Cloud and IdentityNow features.

New features

Connectivity - Express Setup - Deep Governance	You can now quickly configure deep governance connectors using Express Setup in Identity Security Cloud. Look for an asterisk (*) next to the connector name on the Deep Governance page to identify connectors that support Express Setup capabilities.

Non-Employee Risk Management	The Non-Employee Risk Management user management source has been updated to support automatic synchronization with Identity Security Cloud for user accounts and user roles without the need for scheduled aggregations. Additionally, you can now directly assign users from the role update page in Admin > Lifecycle > User Roles.
Connectivity - SAP SuccessFactors	The SAP SuccessFactors connector has expanded the Employee filter functionality to include both active and inactive external users, allowing administrators and users to effectively manage and report on external user accounts within the system.

SaaS Connectors - GitHub SaaS	CONETN-5496	Fixed an issue where test connection failed for the GitHub SaaS connector when the organization token was unauthorized.
SaaS Connectors - Ceridian Dayforce HCM SaaS	CONETN-5487	The Ceridian Dayforce HCM SaaS connector no longer fails account aggregation when an employee response does not include the `Location` attribute. For more information, refer to Aggregation Settings.
Connectivity - LDAP	CONETN-5436	The Generic LDAP connector now correctly falls back to the configured `groupMembershipSearchDN` instead of the account `searchDN` for group-membership lookups when scope mappings are missing or partial.
Connectivity - UKG Pro	CONETN-5452	The UKG Pro Core HCM connector now retries API requests that return `500`, `502`, and `429` errors, as well as any error codes configured in the `retryableErrorCodes` source configuration setting.
Identity Security Cloud - Sources and Account Management	IDNARC-6355	Attribute sources now support both application and Cloud Promote Identity Attribute rule references on export/import, so sources configured with both are preserved. Additionally, an optional org upgrade step can restore the promote rule on Identity ObjectConfig sources that kept their application references but lost the rule before this fix.
