This new integration between SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.5 -- just released today -- and SailPoint Non-Employee Risk Management is available now to help organizations streamline the management and governance of non-employee identities.

This two-part, purpose-built integration helps IdentityIQ 8.5 customers:

  • Eliminate the need for custom-built connectors, reduce integration time and achieve faster identity security time-to-value
  • Standardize how non-employee profiles and access are brought into IdentityIQ
  • Use NERM as a single authoritative source for non-employee profiles and their corresponding assignments
  • Aggregate non-employee profiles from NERM into IdentityIQ.
  • Create an authoritative source using identity profiles & assignments to correlate accounts and access from multiple sources with these identities.

About this integration

As organizations expand their digital ecosystems, the number of non-employee identities—such as contractors, vendors, consultants, and partners—are also growing rapidly. Many SailPoint customers have adopted our non-employee solution to oversee the lifecycle of non-employees and manage the risks associated with these external users.

This new integration delivers key capabilities to support governance, risk, and compliance needs, including:

  • Treating NERM as an authoritative source of identity data.
  • Using non-employee profiles as authoritative sources
  • Aggregating all non-employee profiles from NERM into IdentityIQ.
  • Synchronizing identity attributes to maintain data integrity.
  • Automating the aggregation and correlation of non-employee identities and accounts
