Hi All,
We have a requirement of Access fullfilment using File Server Agent. When I requested for an access on the folder. Approval process completed successfully however access fullfilment(not relevant) is showing not relevant.
Configuration done from my side.
1. Website UI --> Admin Applicaiton --> Enable accessfullfilment
2. Created access request for Business Resource.
Once I requested “New Access Request” all approvals has been completed successfully. But Accessfulfillment is not working. Please help.

Hi,
have you performed the normalization of the folder you are requesting access to?
you need to go to admin --> applications and choose manage resources on the win fs application
only after the normalization you are able to request or revoke the permissions to the folder

Thanks for your response, I am using FAM 8.3 version. I don’t see the normalisaiton in Admin client. can I find the same in web site?
Attached screen shot for your reference. Also help me if I need to run any task after enabling the configuration.

Hi,
the status of the normalization is viewable in the native client under the access fullfilment tab
you have the status there and if you duble click on it it opens a detailed log on the bottom of the screen showing you what it is waiting for,
