Is there a way to limit the number of accesses selected during Access Request? For example, the requester can request only 10 accesses at a time. If the requestor selects 10 accesses and tries to select 11th one, then the selection will be disabled.
Whilst anything is possible, I can’t personally think of a way to customise the OOTB access request in this manner off the top of my head. Of course, if you are using a third party access request mechanism which is calling the IIQ REST API, you can code such a scenario at that level.
The question needs to be raised though, that whilst it’s obviously something that has come from the Business, as always, should you be pushing back?
If you waste time on such functionality, point out what else will lay by the side. At the end of the day, it will just mean making two access requests instead of one, and I cannot see any business justification that would go along with this.
