Certificafion rule update or add rule after kicking off certificafion

Hello community,

Is it possible to change or update any existing rules defined in certification campaign after it has kicked off. For example,

We started a certificafion campaign yesterday with 4 week active period and 2 week challenge period.

1) Can we update our escalation rule used in the campaign. Will it reflect during the escalation period that is in 2 weeks?

2) Can we add a challenge period enter rule if it has not been set during the campaign? ( Challenge period is enabled)

Any help would be appreciated.

1. Yes, you can. IIQ saves the rule reference. So, changing the rule definition can be carried out.

2. I think no. It needs to be defined before generation otherwise the relevant fields will be grayed out after cert is activated..

Is there any way possible for it to include the challenge period enter rule. Maybe through the use of rule,

And will it reflect on the campaign?

There are over 3000 access review generated.

You can test that out by adding that rule config to the cert definition through debug page. Here am assuming challenge phase is enabled but you are just going to add rule. If the phase itself is not enabled, then I don’t believe that’s going to work.

We tested this and it works and are going to do same with our campaign in couple days, for Revocation period enter rule.  Currently the certification is staged getting activated in couple days.
