I’m working on a requirement where I need to identify the exact date a specific identity attribute was updated in Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
For example, HR updates an employee’s Termination Date attribute, and I need to know on which date this attribute value first appeared/was written in ISC.
My question:
Is there a way in ISC to retrieve:
the timestamp of when a particular attribute (e.g., terminationDate) was updated?
either via a search query, Identity Attribute History, **Event/Activity Logs
If you are trying to find timestamps for when specific identities had a specific Identity Attribute changed, those will all show up in the Access History for each identity. (I dropped a screenshot in this post showing what it looks like within the Access History page for one of my fake identities that I just changed an attribute in the authoritative source.)
If you are looking to track any future Identity Attribute changes, rather than just finding ones that already happened, you could utilize a workflow, as there is a “Identity Attribute Changed” trigger available.
