Description: Hello Team, We are encountering an issue in SailPoint IdentityNow related to the End Date attribute of user identities.
Issue Summary: The End Date value of a user is getting updated/modified after every aggregation run, even though there is no expected change from the source system. As shown in the screenshot, aggregation is executed every 6 hours, and it results in changes to the End Date attribute during each run.
Detailed Behavior: - The End Date attribute is observed to change after each aggregation cycle. - Initially, the value appears correct or set as expected. - After aggregation runs, the End Date is either updated with a different value or overwritten. - This behavior is consistent across multiple aggregation executions.
@GPande, since the value in the authoritative source staying the same, what are your mapping settings for the End Date identity attribute of the identity profile associated with that identity? Is it being mapped to the right account attribute? Also, is there a rule or transform being applied to that identity attribute?
Based on the information you provided, I recommend submitting a Customer Support request so that a SailPoint representative can perform a thorough review of your situation and determine the root cause of the issue.
The best next step is to open a Customer Support request, which will allow our team to begin a detailed assessment of your use case.
