Is it possible to leverage the behavior of enforcing entitlement assignment for non lcm assigned entitlements?

For example, if the birth right access assignment for a given identity mandates a given group membership, and that membership is removed out of band, IDN will reprovision it.

Is it possible to leverage this behavior for any other requestable entitlement?

Perhaps through a workflow that launches via a Native Change Detection trigger. If the entitlement is removed directly in the source and triggers Native Change Detection, the workflow could launch a new access request to re-provision it. Native Change Account Updated | SailPoint Developer Community
