Currently, I have only one entitlement type configured, which is the default (group). I have already performed the following configurations:-Properly configured the Add Entitlement operation;-Correctly set up the account schema, including the Group entitlement attribute;-Properly configured the entitlement type, mapping the entitlementId and entitlementName attributes. Despite all these configurations, the error still persists.
@mbertoni, I’m not sure what the error message is referencing, since attribute sync can only be used to synchronize account attributes and not entitlements.
To help me better understand what you’re asking - could you please provide more information, such as when do you receive this message? Perhaps some other operation is occurring?
I am trying to synchronize the email attribute. To achieve this, I created an Update operation, and the endpoint call requires two additional attributes to be sent. These attributes were added to the Update operation Provisioning Policy.
After this configuration, the following error started occurring. This error occurs during email attribute synchronization:
“[ConnectorError] No configuration found for ‘Add Entitlement-’. Please add at least one operation and try again.”
I was able to work around the issue by making an adjustment directly in VS Code, modifying the “Add Entitlement-” configuration as shown in the attached screenshot. After this change, the error stopped occurring.
However, even with this adjustment applied, the attributes are still not being loaded into the Update operation.
I can see in Search that the event is being successfully generated, but the attributes do not reach the operation, as if the connector is unable to retrieve the values defined in the Provisioning Policy.
@mbertoni thanks for providing your helpful context. Although I don’t have a solution, you may want to try posting your question in the Developer Community forum for greater visibility - since it’s better aligned with questions related to SaaS extensions and customizations. This related post mentions the same error, but it sounds like a different use case than yours.
The other thing I’d recommend to help you get resolution would be to open a ticket with SailPoint Support, which you can do here.
If anyone else in this forum can help @mbertoni, please feel free to chime in.
@mbertoni, I can see now this is not ISC Attribute Sync, and that you’re trying to add an entitlement to a source account using a web connector. Apologies for any previous confusion.
If you haven’t already, one more thing you may want to check is to ensure the entitlement attribute is marked asEntitlement and Multi-Valued in the Account Schema.
There are also several related threads in the Developer Forum, if you haven’t seen them yet - such as this one and others that may provide related info and help you diagnose the issue.
Based on your error message, I would guess you might be trying to add an entitlement other than the default “group” entitlement. If you deleted and recreated the entitlement type within the source configuration, you may need to select a different operation type within your HTTP operation. You should see something like “Add Entitlement-<YourName>”.
