Excluding accounts from Attribute Sync Process

We have some unique users (aka snowflakes) in our environment that sometimes require manual AD attribute updates for things like Job title, location, etc. This is a very small population and attribute sync is needed to be automatic for the vast majority of our user accounts in AD. Sync then overwrites what is in AD, the snowflake melts, and we need to fix and turn off sync. Is there any way to manually exclude certain accounts from Attribute sync within a source, so that their attributes are not changed by IDN via sync?
