FAM Access Fulfilment trigger

Hi All,

I have noticed Access fulfilment gets triggered only after we end campaign. Is there a way to trigger access fulfilment so that if reviewer has revoked the access and completed the review then access fulfilment gets triggered and access should be removed from the target application immediately.

Also please let me know how can we end the campaign automatically once due date is passed.

There is no way to customize the campaign behavior. It is standard across SailPoint IIQ, ISC & FAM. Certification needs to be signed off/closed for FAM to take an action on all the rejected permissions.

Campaign should be ended after the due date. What are you observing after the due date is passed ?

Hi Ranjith,

I don’t see signed off option in FAM for the reviewer when he completes the review like we see in IIQ.

I see that campaign is still active and status shows as “Review In Process” even though the due date of campaign is passed.
