FAM Upgrade Help Needed: Unique Hash Revert Fix in Upgrade from v8.1.0.5 to v8.2

We are currently performing an upgrade from SailPoint FAM v8.1.0.5 to v8.2. As part of the process, we ran the Isilon Unique HashRevertFixFor8.1SP3. However, it’s been over 6 hours, and the validation script is returning the following response:

Msg 50000, Level 16, State 1, Line 59
There are still 22,293,881 resources left to calculate. Please run the ‘New Unique Path Hash Calculation’ task, wait for it to complete and then try again.

We are looking for guidance on how to ensure that the ‘New Unique Path Hash Calculation’ task has been successfully completed or is still running. Or is there any other way to proceed for the further upgrade.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, this step is important and is a pre-requisite to apply the upgrade. This script actually runs for a few hours and then later waits for the next iteration of the DB cleanup task to kickoff. Typically I have seen environments where it took a day or more to get the script completed.

Its alomost more that 2 days now and still we are receiving error as:

Table ‘whiteops.business_service’ must be rebuilt by the ‘New Unique Path Hash Calculation’ task. Please run the task, wait for it to complete and then try again.
