Hi Team,
I need to assign access certification to the users who are Co-owners of the Business Resource.
Username1 should be the reviewer for Business Resource 1.
Username2 should be the reviewer for Business Resource 2.
Example:
| Business Resource |
Username |
PermissionType |
| Business Resource 1 |
Username1 |
Co-Owner |
| Business Resource 1 |
Username2 |
Editor |
| Business Resource 2 |
Username3 |
Viewer |
| Business Resource 2 |
Username4 |
Co-Owner |
I’m checking FAM administrative client → Review Process but not able set the configuration.
Please let me know it can be achieved.
Thanks,
Sushant

Did you try the decision table option while configuring the review process in admin client ? That is specifically designed for this purpose.
In your scenario, the key is the path, Object type = user, Value = the reviewer
Alternatively, you can create a data source with the same data and use that in the review process as well.
@ranjith_koppu
I have created a new data source FAM DB with query: SELECT * FROM [FAMDB].[whiteops].[ra_entitlements_user_role_view] where permission_type_name = ‘Co-owner’ and using the below data source setting in admin client, but reviews are not getting created.
Thanks,
Sushant
Hello @sushantmundu1
First of all, the field you highlighted in the screenshot represents a default reviewer if a reviewer is not found by FAM on a folder. This field needs to be manually filled with a user name or a group name. Select the appropriate value in the drop down.
The second part is the configuration of the data source. As you are planning to use a data source query, your query should rows with 4 columns.
1. Folder name (Map it to the key column)
2. User Domain Name/Group Domain name (Map it to Object Domain Column)
3. User Name/Group Name (Object Name Column)
4. A constant value something like “User” or “Group” for the Object Type Column.
When FAM needs to find the approver for a particular folder, it checks this data source. If the folder path is found, it picks the group/user name from the mapping.
If something is not found, it defaults to the default value.
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Ranjith
Hi Ranjith,
In data source I’m using query: SELECT [user_name],[user_domain],[user_entity_type_name],[permission_type_name]FROM [FAMDB].[whiteops].[ra_entitlements_users_view] where [permission_type_name]=‘Co-owner’ and kept attached setting in admin client, but still review is going to default user.
Problem Statement:
Reviewer should be co-owner of the BOX folder.
Please let us know how to configure this.
Thanks,
Sushant
