FInd a role removal history and reasons for users

Hi all,

In an IdentityNow deployment, we noticed that entitlements of a couple users has been removed by IdentityNow. Upon investigating a user, we observed that a role has been removed from that user, even though that user is qualified to have that role.

My questions are these.

1). How do we find the role assignment/removal history for certain user or role?

2). How do we find the HRMS attribute change history for a user?

3). How do we find the reason for a role removal for a user?

Do you have an account activity for this transaction? If so, it might have a section for IdentityNow which may contain some clue around this.

Have you tried looking at the access history to find these details? You should be able to see all of these changes through the access history.
