As part of customization, added the new attribute under identity mapping. After which when I clicked on identity Cube, getting .The system has encountered a serious error while processing your request. Report the following incident code to your system administrator: 366084
When checked under Incident see the below error :
avax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletException: Cannot invoke “sailpoint.object.ObjectAttribute.getName()” because “src” is null at sailpoint.web.SailPointContextRequestFilter.doFilter(SailPointContextRequestFilter.java:85) at org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationFilterChain.internalDoFilter(ApplicationFilterChain.java:178) at org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationFilterChain.doFilter(ApplicationFilterChain.java:153) at sailpoint.web.util.MethodFilter.doFilter(MethodFilter.java:51) at org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationFilterChain.internalDoFilter(ApplicationFilterChain.java:178) at org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationFilterChain.doFilter(ApplicationFilterChain.java:153) Respective attributes are having valid values.
@shaikshavali : Since identity mappings is a straightforward activity that may not cause the problem, the only thing left is the configuration changes you did it to get the new attribute displayed in identityCube.
Try following this steps:
1) Go to Debug mode--> Click on Configuration Objects--> UI Configuration
2) You might have configure the new attribute under <identityViewAttributes> tag.
3) Make sure the newly added one is the same name and case-sensitive which you defined in identity mappings, no extra space or misspelled any extra comma.
4) Reviewing that config might help you to confirm that UI Config is good.
